Rental prices includes
Two servers for setup/removal
One server during the event
Use of tables and chairs( We have seating for upto 200/290)
Use of white/cream/burgundy linens($50 fee applies )

Free Parking for upto 200 cars
We cleanup after the event at no addtional charge
All pricing includes an hour before the event for setup and an hour after the event for teardown at no charge
4 hours minimum rental(You actually get 6 hours). You can rent as many hours as you want at whatever time you want. We have no restriction of any kind.

Weekdays(Mon thru Thu, except Holidays)

$250/hr till 9pm.
$350/hr after 9pm
Example: If you book a party from 8pm to 12 midnight on friday then you will have the place from 7pm to 1am and the charges would be $250+$350+$350+$350=$1300 plus tax plus $50 linen cleaning(if you use our linens) plus $100 a/v & projector fees.
Saturdays and Holidays
$300/hr before 8pm
$400/hr after 8pm
Example: If you book a party from 6pm to 11pm Saturday you will have the place from 5pm to 12midnight and the charges would be $350+$+$350+$400+$400+$400=$1900 plus tax plus $50 linen cleaning(if you use our linens) plus $100 a/v & projector fees.
Pricing by the time block: Any timing of your choice
8 hour continuous time block plus 2 hours(setup and teardown)
for a total of 10 hours

If you need the hall for additional time for setup we can accomodate at nominal additional charges of $100/hr

*For private parties alcohol may be brought in for the event only by the host of the party and consumed on premises with certain restrictions as long as it is within compliance of city and state laws.
Following items are not included in the rental:
Chair Covers(can be rented for $1.50 to $2 ea from outside)
Decorations(We donot keep any, we can help you put them up)
Supplies like cups, dishes, forks, knives, paper towels.
Bartenders(Our insurance does not allow us to serve, however you can hire/bring one or we can give you names)
D.J( D.J Services are available for $50 to $200 or you can bring your own to play on our system)
Security Bouncers(For private parties they are not required but available if needed for $75/night/bouncer or $30-$40/hr for off duty police officers)

All bookings are only made with 50% deposit and remaining 50% is due one week before the event
Holiday Prices are in line with Saturday Pricing. These prices listed above for
private parties only.
PUBLIC EVENTS:
All public events are defined as events, where people are charged at the door or they prepay to attend the event. All the proceeds of the event including food, door and drinks are kept by the promoter/caterer.You can bring your own or we can give you names of licensed caterers.However we cannot be involved in your agreement with the caterer. Any alcohol/food sold at public event has to be provided by a licensed caterer/liquor vendor only, in line with DBPR rules and regulations
Public Events start normally at 9/10/11pm and end at 3/4/5 am. .
Pricing:
Fridays:$2500- $3000
Saturdays $3500-$4000
Sundays $2000
Weekdays $1500
Plus Sales Tax and security charges(($200 to $500)
