FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is required to reserve a date?  After you check the availability and rate, then 50% payment due to hold your date final 50% payment plus tax is due 1 week prior to event.

When can I have access to the facility?  
You will be given access to our facility anytime you  request on the day of your event based on your contract and time of event.  

Is there a specific time we must be out of your facility?  
We allow  upto one hour to gather your belongings after your event ends.  We handle all the clean up.

Are tables and chairs included with my rental?
 Yes, tables and chairs are included with your rental. We have 10 – 60” rounds, 3 – 8ft banquet tables, 13 rectangular tables, along with  100 plus chairs.  We also have built in but movable highbay tables with barstools, barstools at the bar, enough couches to seat 50 with cocktail tables and many café style tables and chairs.  We have enough seating for  up to 200 guests. With additional rented tables and chairs our hall can accommodate seating up to 290 guests.

What about Sound system and Projectors? We have a decent sound system good enough for a private party.($50 usage fee applies) We have CD players, JBL speakers, monitors, two amps,receivers and  Bose Speakers for surround sound. You can bring your own music, laptop, or MP3 players and connect it. Your DJ can also use our sound system or bring their own.
We have the biggest projectors in Orlando ($50 usage fee applies)which can project all your photos/videos/presentation. We also have cameras on the floor, which can be projected on big screens.


What if I need more tables or chairs?
 Additional tables and chairs can be rented from any rental company and delivered to our facility for your convenience. Most companies charge around $8.00 per table and $1.00 per chair.

Are table linens included?  
Yes, we have standard white, cream or burgundy colors in table linens. There is no rental charge to use our linens, however a $50 Linen Cleaning Fee applies.

Are chair covers included?
No, however most companies will rent these for approx. $1.50 to $2.00 per chair cover.

Are decorations included?
No, you will need to bring your own decorations, however we can help you set up.

What are my responsibilities for cleaning up?   
We handle all cleaning up. There is no charge for that.

Will the linens be put on the tables for me?  
Yes, our servers can assist with setup. 

Do you cater food?  We do not cater food, but have a list of reputable caterers of a variety of ethnicities, available upon request.

What about home cooked/outside food? As we are not licnesed as restaurant, we can legally allow you to bring food from anywhere to serve to your guests.

What about alcohol? As we donot have alcohol license on our premises, outside alcohol can be brought in by the host for consumption during the private party. However we are not allowed to serve or touch.. It has to be served by you or a licensed bartender.No one under 21 can consumer alcohol. We also do reserve the right to stop the service  or close the function if anyone is  visibly intoxicated or misbehaves.. For the safety of guests and our staff, we also do reserve the right of refusal of service and tresspass.

What about cash bar for alcohol? For private parties, you can bring and consume alcohol on premises and carry the remaining back with you. Cash bar( Guests paying for their own alcohol) can be provided only by licensed liquor caterer in conjunction with food from licensed premises.

What kind of kitchen facility do you have?  
We have a prep kitchen. No utensils. We have stainless steel prep counter, a  sink, and a small microwave and small oven and some food warmers We also have a cooler with some space to store cold items i.e. platters.

Can we use your ice?  Yes.We provide unlimited ice   

Do I need to supply my own garbage bags or bathroom supplies  No.
